Delivery Time
Orders are delivered the next day after confirmation, depending on order time and location. Delivery window is typically between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Order Cut‑Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM UAE local time will typically be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM UAE local time will typically be delivered by the day after next.

Delivery Days
Deliveries are made 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Delivery window is typically between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. 

Delivery Fees

• Orders below AED 200: AED 20 delivery fee

• Orders AED 200 or above: Free delivery
  All delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
