1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and reorder faster.

2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our categories, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at customerservice@dailycart.market or calling +971 58 15 65 765.

4. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Dubai and selected nearby areas. More locations will be added soon!

5. What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are made 7 days a week, typically between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

6. Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount. Orders below that threshold may include a small delivery fee, shown at checkout.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

8. Are online payments secure?

Yes. All online transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways using encryption technology.

9. Are your products fresh and safe?

Absolutely. We carefully source our food and beverage products to ensure freshness, safety, and quality.

10. What if I receive the wrong or damaged items?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or credit.

11. Can I return or exchange products?

Due to the perishable nature of many items, returns are only accepted for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products.

12. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered on the next day if placed before 3 PM. Otherwise, your order will be delivered in 48 hours.

13. What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?

If a product is unavailable, we’ll contact you before delivery to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit — your choice.

14. Do you provide invoices?

Yes, a detailed invoice is sent via email once your order is confirmed. All prices include 5% UAE VAT.

15. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
