Returns & Refunds Policy – DailyCart.Market

Accepted Returns
DailyCart.Market accepts returns for the following cases:

  • Products delivered damaged or defective

  • Products with incorrect items or errors in the order

  • Products that are expired or unsafe to consume

  • Products compromised due to issues during delivery

Reporting Period
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used

  • Perishable items once the seal is broken

  • Products showing no defects or errors that are requested for return due to a change of mind

All reported issues must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than those listed above.

Refunds
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the issue and customer preference. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
